Announcement of the "Baisa Tea Gathering" held in November.

“Baisa Tea Gathering” is a workshop held every Tuesday at the Baisa Nakamura store.
This month we will be holding a ``Home-Roasted Hojicha'' event.
Every Tuesday from 13:00 to 14:00 for 1 hour. Capacity: 6 people. Reservations required.

Participants will have the opportunity to experience roasting hojicha using a horoku.
Afterwards, you will have freshly roasted kuki hojicha brewed for you, and can enjoy the aroma that only comes from freshly made tea.
Participation fee is free.

Once you get the hang of it, you can easily roast hojicha at home.
