We do not accept cancellations due to customer reasons after the order has been completed.

We do not accept returns due to customer convenience.

Please check whether your order includes any pre-order items. If you have ordered multiple items including pre-order items, we will ship your order once all items are in stock.

Shipping nationwide is 500 yen.

We offer free shipping for purchases over 5,000 yen.

We will ship your order within one week after payment is confirmed. The item will be delivered to your mailbox via Japan Post's Yu-Packet.

We cannot accept delivery specifications. Normally, it will arrive within 2 days after shipping.

Delivery volumes are busy during event seasons such as the New Year holidays, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Valentine's Day, so please order well in advance.

Business hours: 12:00 - 18:00 | Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays

There is no parking lot at the store. Please use the nearby paid parking lot. It is right next to the store.

We do not accept reservations during general business hours. Reservations can only be made during special business hours by reservation. Information about special business hours will be posted on our website, Instagram, etc.

About the product

It is important to store tea in a place that is away from oxygen, strong aromas, light, high temperatures and humidity.

After opening, we recommend storing the product at room temperature in a sealed container to prevent oxidation, and drinking it within about three weeks.

Please refrain from storing in the refrigerator as it may easily absorb the aroma of other ingredients.
For long-term storage, freeze the product unopened and allow it to return to room temperature before opening.
