Announcement of the "Baisa Tea Gathering" held in September.

“Baisa Tea Gathering” is a workshop held every Tuesday at the Baisa Nakamura store.

This month we will be holding a tasting to enjoy the difference made by hiire (firing).

Every Tuesday from 13:00 to 14:00 for 1 hour. Capacity: 6 people. Reservations required.

Participants will be able to watch the firing of “Satsu-Satsu”, which will be made on the day.

You can enjoy how the taste of leaf from the same raw material changes before drying, after drying, and after firing.

Participation fee is free.
