[Smoking meeting with producers] Announcement
Every cup of tea begins in a tea garden.
Who made it, where and with what ideas?
If you learn about the story behind the tea, the value of the tea will greatly increase.
The Producer and Smoking Session is a reservation-only workshop where you can create everything from tea to just a cup of tea.
While hearing from the producers, all participants will make tea together and enjoy the freshly made tea.
You can take the finished tea home as a souvenir.

This time we are inviting Mr. Genki Takahashi from TEA FACTORY GEN.
With the mission of ``Make everyone happy with tea / Create spiritual richness for everyone'',
Without being bound by stereotypes, he is taking on various challenges with the aim of maximizing the potential of tea.
Mr. Takahashi went to try the native tea produced in Sera, Hiroshima Prefecture.
I visited TEA FACTORY GEN from May 22nd to 23rd.
The native tea is grown without fertilizers or pesticides, according to the natural cycle, and thoroughly withered in a handmade withering tank, then rolled using a unique method that differs from the current standard tea manufacturing method.
The finished tea captures the essence of tea, allowing you to enjoy the natural energy of the land and the natural sweetness and freshness of the tea leaves.
This time, we will try hand-rolling this wilted native tea.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to experience the changing state of the tea leaves in the palm of your hand and work with the producers to create the tea, right down to the final puff.
Please feel free to join us.
