The finest organic matcha, grown without chemical fertilizers or pesticides.

Growing matcha organically is so difficult that it was long said to be impossible, and even when it can be made, the result is often strongly bitter and astringent, with a dull colour.

This organic matcha gives up nothing to premium conventional matcha, and is of the very highest grade — fine enough to be served in a formal tea ceremony.

A truly rare organic matcha, of a quality you will not find anywhere else.
